DMX popped off in court earlier today after getting arrested for the trillionth time in Arizona. He allegedly violated the terms of his probation by using illegal drugs. He is currently being held without bond.

“I’m the only one got arrested today … f**king c**ksuckers do it every time man … I get my rights violated but I gotta be quiet about it … f**king b*tch man.”

He made his own bed I guess sleeping in it is becoming a problem!

A 13 year old girl was lured away from her school and sexually assaulted by a man she met on the online social network Myspace, police said.

Samuel Francisco, 35, of Los Angeles was taken into custody Friday at his home in the 500 block of East 36th Street, where police found him and the girl, who had been missing since the day before, said Officer Karen Rayner of the Los Angeles Police Department.

On Thursday around 6:00 p.m. the victim’s mother reported her daughter missing, saying she searched for hours on her own after the 13 year old wasn’t at her middle school when she went to pick her up at 1:45 p.m.

Police from the Harbor station conducted an investigation, and found out the girl had been communicating with Francisco on Myspace.

Investigators learned Francisco had picked the victim up from her middle school and taken her to his residence in the 500 block of East 36th Street.

On Friday, detectives from the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, Major Crimes Detectives, Secret Service Agents and Immigration Custom Enforcement Officers went to Francisco’s residence and rescued the child, LAPD officials said.

Francisco was taken into custody and booked on charges of kidnapping, with additional charges expected to be filed. He is currently being held on $500,000 bail.

Investigators have reason to believe Francisco may have more “enticed” other young victims, and are urging them to come forward.

Six women in New Jersey are recovering after they received buttocks-enhancement injections containing silicone used to caulk bathtubs.

State health officials say the women, from Essex County, apparently underwent cosmetic procedures from unlicensed providers.

Investigators have not determined if the cases are related.

No arrests have been made.

Instead of medical-grade silicone, the women received a diluted version of nonmedical-grade silicone.

“The same stuff you use to put caulk around the bathtub,” said Steven M. Marcus, executive and medical director of the New Jersey Poison Information and Education System, according to The Star-Ledger.

State epidemiologist Tina Tan says there’s the risk for more serious complications when infections are not treated early.

Gregory Borah, chief of plastic surgery at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, told the newspaper the incident was “a tragedy.”

Using over-the-counter silicone can cause abscesses that he said resemble “a big zit.”

Borah, also president of the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons, said the botched procedures underscore the need for patients seeking such enhancement to seek out licensed professionals in a sterile setting, the newspaper reported.
